Proverbs 6

The father warns against surety for a stranger, laziness (sending the sluggard to the ant for instruction), and the seven things the LORD hates: a proud look, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a scheming heart, feet that run to evil, a false witness, and one who sows discord. He closes with a sustained warning against adultery, which brings wounds and dishonor that cannot be wiped away.
