1 Chronicles 3

The genealogy lists the sons of David born in Hebron and Jerusalem, then traces the royal line from Solomon through the kings of Judah down to the descendants of Jeconiah after the exile.

4	These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.	Six were born to him in Hebron, where he reigned for seven years and six months. Then he reigned thirty-three years in Jerusalem.
5	And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:	These were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon — four by Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel;
