Psalms 133

David declares how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity, comparing it to precious oil running down Aaron's beard and to the dew of Hermon falling on the mountains of Zion. There the LORD commands the blessing — life forevermore.

vKing James VersionModern English
1Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!
2It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron's beard, down on the collar of his robe.
3As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life for evermore. It is as if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the LORD bestows His blessing, even life forevermore.
