Proverbs 9
Wisdom builds her house and sets her table, inviting the simple to turn in and live, while the foolish woman sits at her door and calls to the same passersby with stolen waters and secret bread. Between these two invitations stands the pivotal declaration: the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom.
