Nahum 3
Woe to the bloody city of Nineveh — full of lies, robbery, and endless prey. The crack of whips, the rumble of wheels, the flash of swords fill the streets. She was the mistress of witchcrafts who sold nations through her whoredoms. No fortress will save her, no army will deliver her — all who hear the news of her fall will clap their hands, for who has not felt her endless cruelty?
