Nahum 1
The LORD is a jealous God who avenges and is furious — He will not acquit the wicked. He is longsuffering, but His way is in the whirlwind and the storm. He is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who trust in Him. Nineveh's destruction is decreed — the LORD will make an utter end of her.
